Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless expedited shipping is requested at checkout. Tracking information is provided via email once the order ships.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on orders above a posted threshold — check the current promotion on the shop page.
Delivery Estimates
USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days. UPS Ground: 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by Park Place Peptides.
Temperature-Sensitive Compounds
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) research compounds are stable at ambient temperature during transit. No cold chain shipping is required for lyophilized products. Reconstituted compounds should not be shipped — reconstitute only at the point of use per our Reconstitution Standards.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally. All purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. All products are for research use only.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@parkplacelabs.com with your order number and we will resolve the issue promptly.
